President Joe Lightowler called the meeting to order following the Annual Meeting.

Board members present: Rhonda Wilson, Reuben Tshritter, Paula Wilson, Tom Riedman, Joe Lightowler, Randy Christianson, Darlene Hammond, Lyle Hansen, Sam Blattenbauer, and Carol Anhorn.

Lyle Hansen moved to continue the same Board officers and Carol Anhorn seconded.

Carol moved to give a $250.00 Visa or Mastercard gift card to Carla Blattenbauer for her work on the directory and a $50.00 gift certificate to Josh Roeher for his work on the cover design for the new directory. Tom Riedman seconded. Motion passed.

Randy thanked Lyle on behalf of the Board for acquiring $5000.00 from the Watershed Board to help with inspection costs at the Landings.

The next Board meeting is September 17, 2011 at the Pub.

Reuben moved to adjourn the meeting. Sam seconded. Meeting adjourned.
