President Joe Lightowler called a meeting to order at 11:35 a.m.

Jim Colbert moved to agree to the slalom course on Big Cormorant, however, as a Board we are not taking a position, nor are we participating.

Jim Colbert moved to approve the Election of Officers as presented. Joe Lightowler, President, Sam Blattenbauer, Vice President, Sharon Olson, Secretary, Randy Christensen, Treasurer, Motion approved by the Board.

The next Board Meeting is Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Pub.

Sam Blattenbauer moved to adjourn. Lyle Hansen seconded. Meeting adjourned.
