The Meeting was called to order by President Joe Lightowler immediately following Spring Fling at the Cormorant Community Center.

Board members present: Sam Blattenbauer, Jim Colbert, Rhonda Wilson, Sharon Olson, Steve Busch, Tom Riedman, Paula Stromstad, Reuben Tschritter, Randy Christianson, Carol Anhorn, Joe Lightowler, and Merle Zimmerman.

Board officers will remain the same for the upcoming year.

Rhonda requested volunteers for the August 7, 2010 Healthy Lakes and Rivers meeting to be held in the Community Center at 10:00 am. Volunteers should be at the Center at 9:00 am for setup.

It was suggested that lights be added to a couple of the buoys for trial. Randy will follow up for cost.

Carol moved to adjourn the meeting. Rhonda seconded. Meeting adjourned.

The next Board meeting is scheduled for September 11, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at the Pub.
