The meeting was called to order by President Joe Lightowler at 12:00 p.m.

Board Members present:  Sam Blattenbauer, Steve Busch, Jim Colbert, Avis Ohman, Sharon Olson, Dennis Erdle, Bob Smith, Rhonda Wilson, Lyle Hansen, Tom Riedman, and Jason Roth.

Steve Busch suggested a donation or $1000.00 for the 4^th of July firework display. Motion made. Sam moved to approve. Jim seconded. Motion passed.

Election of officers held. Lyle made motion to retain present officers in respective positions. Ben seconded.  Motion passed.

Jason Roth was introduced as a newly elected member of the Board.

Joe requested an updated list of Board Members and dates of terms.

Sam requested that all Board Members take mugs and towels to sell.

Dennis reminded all Board Members to continue to educate public about no wake signs at public landings.

Joe adjourned the meeting at 12:15 p.m.
